Javier, born and educated in Colombia, South America and Dearborn, Michigan, USA. He has been involved in the real estate industry for over 20 years. Since 1994 has worked as Investor managing over 1200 units, General Contractor and Licensed REALTOR in CALIFORNIA and REAL ESTATE BROKER IN FLORIDA.
Continues to educate himself about current market conditions, purchases, short sales, foreclosures, and REO properties, also has worked with banks and the Courts as a receivership during the real estate crisis.
